Roger is a great instructor. We had a lot of fun learning cooking pad Thai, green curry chicken, and mango rice with him. The dishes were as good as those I had in Thailand. He has a nice & cozy place, and the kitchen is very clean. Thanks Roger for such a personal cooking experience!

My Grandma and I had the most wonderful night with Chef Roger! I got her the cooking class as a Christmas present and she absolutely loved it. Chef Roger's house was so warm and inviting and we got to learn so much about some delicious chocolate. I will definitely be doing another class with him the first chance I get!

Cooking with Chef Roger was such a delight! He was fun, lighthearted, and patient. Not only did we learn how to make the recipes, but Roger shared interesting food science tidbits as we cooked. We had a really excellent time! It was super easy to get to his neighborhood, and we were wowed by the great views of the city.

Had a wonderful evening learning knife skills with Chef Roger. He is a great teacher and made the experience super fun. We cooked an Asian meal, which was wonderful. I think I can finally dice an onion properly .

100% a great night. Wonderful experience where we learned new skills and information about the food. He made us feel comfortable and entertained the whole night.
