Begin by enjoying a spread of small bites, including pickled eggs and okra crusted in cornmeal. Then, you'll brew roasted pumpkin soup with bourbon clabbered cream and nutmeg before preparing your entrГ©e of citrus-seasoned sorghum-braised duck. You'll also enjoy a variety of Lowcountry side dishes such as Carolina rice, Sea Island red beans and sautГ©ed braising greens. Finish your Lowcountry feast with a classic Southern mixed berry cobbler.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wonderful class. My friend and I got to cook, learn, and sip wine with the chef in a home kitchen. The food was wonderful, the company even better.
