In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Loreanna, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet three-course menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and a fusion of Italian and Creole flavors and culinary techniques.

Some of the Italian-Creole fusion recipes and dishes you can look forward to learning how to prepare with Chef Loreanna include a spinach and artichoke pinwheel appetizer, homemade fettuccine Alfredo with blackened shrimp and classic New Orleans beignets with chocolate ganache.

Such a fun class! The recipes were clear and easy to do and Chef Loreanna was so patient and explained all of the steps really clearly. We had a great time and everything was delicious!
