In this interactive hands-on cooking class, Chef Carly will teach you how to prepare three courses of fresh and simple recipes hailing from the West Coast using high-quality organic ingredients.

First, you'll learn how whip up a green apple salad tossed with farmers' market ingredients like arugula, homemade candied pecans, feta and red onions. For your entrГ©e, Chef Carly will teach you techniques to create an ahi tuna poke bowl with avocados, crispy wontons, herbs and an avocado-wasabi mousse. End your journey through California cuisine with a light lemon and blueberry cobbler.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
