Take American cuisine soaring to new heights of flavor in this hands-on cooking class with Chef Andrea. With a little inventiveness and a host of fresh ingredients, you can create an all-American meal to relish.

You'll begin with twice baked potatoes filled with all the trimmings and a platter of roasted vegetables seasoned with tangy herbs. For your entrée, you'll prepare bacon-wrapped stuffed pork tenderloin with traditional stuffing and a sweet glaze. And for dessert, you'll create classic fruit tarts with shortbread crusts topped with fresh fruit.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Wow!! What a fun time my wife and I had. Cooked along side another couple who we got along with great. Chef Andrea was awesome. She explained everything and was very engaging. She made the experience very fun. We will definitely be back.
