What You’ll Do

This menu takes a lighter twist on traditionally hearty Northern Italian food.

In this cooking class, you'll work hands-on with Chef Laura to build an Italian feast completely from scratch. While Northern Italian fare is traditionally heavy on the meat, this meal offers a lighter take.

Begin class by constructing a caprese salad with a robust balsamic reduction before crafting homemade cheese ravioli with ricotta and Parmesan cheese. Then, Chef Laura will show you how to make a traditional bolognese sauce to top your ravioli. End your meal by deconstructing a cannoli into a delightful parfait for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Today, she owns her own business where she offers dinner parties and small event catering as well as cooking classes.

Fantastic evening! Lots of fun learning new cooking skills. Laura was a great teacher and cook. She engaged everyone and answered so many questions.
