From a creamy leek and potato soup with coconut bacon to a British staple called "toad in the hole," you'll love these traditional recipes. Topping off the class is a decadent dessert: An authentic "biscuit" — known as shortbread cookies in the U.S. — dipped in butterscotch and dark chocolate. Outstanding, I have had other cooking classes, this by far has been the best. Chef Dominique was brilliant letting us get hands on with the Ingredients and creating delicious food. I definetly will be back for another lesson and bring friends. Thank you.

Chef Dominique is excellent!! I had no idea what to expect, but she was so professional and yet welcoming! We learned a great deal and had fun. The entire experience was awesome and the meal was delicious!!
