Join Chef Djeff and learn all about le cochon — the pig — in this pork-focused class.

In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Djeff, you'll learn how to properly and perfectly prepare pork, from slow roasting pork belly to brining pork chops.

Chef Djeff will guide you through the process of slow-roasting pork belly to create flavorful pork belly tacos. You'll also learn how to brine a pork chop the right way to avoid drying out your meat and serve your perfectly brined pork chop on a bed of Parmesan polenta and kale. Finally, round out the meal with a summer berry crumble topped with homemade vanilla ice cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Djeff was a pleasure to work with. Her dishes were delicious as well as aesthetically pleasing, and her culinary knowledge was top-notch. We had a great time in the kitchen and I would love to cook with her and taste her food any time!
