Because there isn't a rule that superfoods must be blended into a protein shake.

In this hands-on class with Chef Kelly, you will learn how to prepare a crave-worthy four-course comfort food menu using an array of superfoods as well as other fresh, high-quality ingredients and easy-to-master cooking techniques.

Some of the superfood comfort food recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include asparagus and leek soup shooters, Indian butter chicken — surreptitiously sans butter — perfectly seasoned cauliflower or brown fried rice studded with red onion and peppers, a creamy coconut milk chia pudding parfait with mixed berries, and so much more!

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kelly provided us with a wonderful Valentine's Day experience! She created a warm and cozy atmosphere as she taught us cooking techniques that are applicable to a variety of dishes. She explained every step of the process very clearly and made sure everyone in the group felt included and were learning the art of cooking. Chef Kelly made cooking a fun and easy activity and I would definitely recommend taking one of her classes if you're looking for a great experience. Her passion and love for cooking was very evident and contagious and we could not have asked for a better lesson for Valentine's weekend!!

This is an experience that words cannot say. It was absolutely amazing. Chef Kelly welcomed us into her home and was so friendly. We had the best time ever. We got right down to cooking. Afterwards we sat and talked. A awesome time. Thank you Chef Kelly!
