In this hands-on class with Chef Olivier, you will learn how to prepare a lineup of all-star French dishes using classic ingredients and time-honored French culinary techniques.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to mastering in this class include a warm goat cheese tartine with green beans and pine nuts, an incredibly indulgent beef Wellington with truffled bordelaise sauce, gratin dauphinois, roasted root vegetables, and a delicately sweet cherry clafoutis — decidedly more elegant than a homey cobbler or crisp — yet even simpler to make.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a wonderful night with Chef Olivier. The food was incredible, Olivier was highly personable, and I feel as though I learned a lot. His newly remodeled kitchen is also the stuff home design dreams are made of. Highly recommend!

We had an excellent time with Chef Olivier! He was a great instructor and took the time to walk us through each step of the cooking process and answer all of our questions. The meal was sensational and the experience was truly unique!

Chef Olivier was fantastic! Really knowledgeable, fun to talk to, and I learned a ton of cooking techniques from him. Plus, the food was DELICIOUS! Would definitely recommend and will hopefully take another class from him some day!

Chef Olivier has more than 20 years of experience managing high volume, fine dining restaurants in hotels, private dining rooms and banquet facilities. He has created seasonal menus, daily and weekly specials, and special holiday fare. Educated in France, Chef Olivier has received many awards, including Best of Boston 2002, 2003 Zagat Survey, and a number one rating for banquet food from JD Power.
