You'll begin by preparing creamy Greek yogurt smoothie cups layered with fruit and cinnamon granola. Next, prepare an open-faced omelette brimming with peas and spinach, and topped with duck fat hollandaise and orange zest, then master the art of croquettes made with bacon, cheddar and chives. Finish brunch on a sweet note with buttery mini Liege waffles drizzled in cookie dough caramel.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

The food was delicious, and the portions were huge, so we have lots of great leftovers! Everything was very easy and covid safe (face masks and social distancing). Chef Demeatrie surprised us with beautiful custom menus commemorating our specific event. Thank you for everything. We will definitely be reaching out again to have Chef Demeatrie cater another meal.
