Cooking Class - Master Homemade Brunch

What You’ll Do

Chef Marcia will show you how to make a handful of decadent brunch favorites.

With Chef Marcia as your guide, learn how to craft the perfect brunch so every dish is ready in a timely manner — allowing you some leisurely time, too.

In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to make an arugula salad with oranges, pistachios and balsamic vinaigrette, followed by a potato and basil frittata with ricotta and gruyere cheese. Finally, make scones with blueberries, lemon zest and cinnamon, fresh berry preserves using strawberries, raspberries or blackberries, and take turns churning cream into handmade butter.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We really enjoyed our experience with Chef Marcia. I would highly recommend taking a class with her. She was fun and exceptionally knowledgeable. Baking can be intimidating for some folks and she makes it approachable and stress free! This is a wonderful gift to share with someone, as it is for the novice or the experienced cook. We look forward to seeing what other classes she offers in the future. This is something we will definitely be doing again. We learned so many tips and tricks! Thank you for sharing your talents!
