What You'll Do

Explore the art of making fresh pasta from scratch with Chef Julieanne.

You'll feel like a true Italian chef in this hands-on class with Chef Julieanne as she guides you through creating homemade ravioli using high-quality ingredients, and Italian cooking techniques.

First, Chef Julieanne will teach you how to prepare a colorful arrangement of marinated vegetables, olives, rich cheeses and cured meats for the perfect antipasto platter. Then, she will showcase her pasta-making techniques and show you how to make pasta dough and fresh ricotta that will be used for the spinach filling. As the grand finale, end with espresso gelato for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Truly a wonderful experience, Chef julienne made this class so fun and easy to follow for me to try it at home, ravioli 101 was definitely nice to do since I love pasta and especially if it’s home made, the mussels recipe it’s so flavorful and fun! Can’t wait to take another since we also wanna learn the pot pie! Overall it was amazing, food and personality, thank you chef!

I had such an amazing time with Chef Julieanne! I took her Italian Ravioli 101 class and boy was I impressed. With zero experience making pasta from scratch I was a bit nervous going in, but Julieanne was incredibly patient and thorough throughout the whole process. Not to mention the food was mouth-watering delicious. Highly recommend taking her class as you will not be disappointed!
