What You’ll Do

Chef Greg will show you how to prepare several popular modern Mediterranean dishes featuring seafood.

Mediterranean cuisine is famous for incorporating fresh produce and seafood. In fact, modern Mediterranean cooking is considered among the healthiest in the world. Chef Greg will show you how to craft a few favorite dishes from scratch.

Begin with a pasta-making lesson as you make crab ravioli in langoustine bisque, then prepare an endive salad with candied walnuts, local blue cheese and caramelized citrus segments. Next, make an impressive macadamia-crusted grouper with grilled artichoke hearts, nettle purГ©e and blood orange buerre blanc, and finish with a flourish with a show-stopping mille-feuille, a Napoleon pastry made with a poached pear, raspberries and pecans.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Great Experience for the team. Food is fantastic. Chef is very flexible on rescheduling etc. We will probably do it again.
