Cooking Class - Mediterranean Seafood Feast

What You’ll Do

Chef Greg will show you how to prepare several popular modern Mediterranean dishes featuring seafood.

Mediterranean cuisine is famous for incorporating fresh produce and seafood. In fact, modern Mediterranean cooking is considered among the healthiest in the world. Chef Greg will show you how to craft a few favorite dishes from scratch.

Begin with a pasta-making lesson as you make crab ravioli in langoustine bisque, then prepare an endive salad with candied walnuts, local blue cheese and caramelized citrus segments. Next, make an impressive macadamia-crusted grouper with grilled artichoke hearts, nettle purée and blood orange buerre blanc, and finish with a flourish with a show-stopping mille-feuille, a Napoleon pastry made with a poached pear, raspberries and pecans.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Greg was a lot of fun and provided good insight about the ingredients in our dishes. He brought all the ingredients and necessary tools. We look forward to making these dishes again based on his teachings.
