In this hands-on class with Chef Daniel, you will learn how to prepare a gourmet menu of sous vide dishes that will yield results beyond anything you've ever been able to achieve through more traditional cooking methods.
Some of the dishes and recipes you can look forward to adding to crafting in this class include compressed melon with a balsamic glaze and prosciutto, a "poached" egg with asparagus and pesto, sous vide chicken breast served with fingerling potatoes and garnished with truffle, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

After graduating culinary school and completing an immersive internship in Italian culture and cuisine in Umbria, Chef Daniel landed a job as a sous chef where he was able to learn from and partner with Iron Chef Jose Garces. For the past five years, Chef Daniel has been the go-to chef for six eateries that are part of a restaurant group that has helped transform a once desolate neighborhood into a modern and trendy village.
