In this hands-on class with Chef Melissa, you will learn how to prepare a gluten and dairy-free four-course menu using fresh ingredients boasting nutritional benefits that help to manage your mood and overall wellbeing.
Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a vibrant mixed green salad with homemade pomegranate dressing, Italian-inspired turkey meatballs with a homemade dill and Dijon sauce, zucchini noodles coated in a refreshing cilantro pesto, and a vanilla coconut parfait with honey for dessert.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
