Chef Mike has more than 20 years of culinary experience in everything from Texas barbecue to a Michelin three-star French restaurant. Chef Mike was amazing! The whole evening was so fun and the food was delicious. Enjoyed the relaxed and intimate atmosphere. Great activity to do with a loved one!

I chose to take Chef Michaels class because of the apple crumble, one of my favorite desserts. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed! He even made the dish festive by creating an egg nog caramel to go over the top. The chef was very friendly and took the time to demonstrate everything, making sure to take the time to get me involved. His home provided a very cozy atmosphere and allowed for a lot of personal interaction. I would definitely take another class with Chef Michael!!
