Sail around the Mediterranean with Chef Vivian and Michi on a journey through classic cuisine.

The culinary traditions of the countries bordering the Mediterranean share many ingredients and preparation methods, so Mediterranean fusion is a natural outcome. Learn how to make dishes redolent with garlic, olive oil, lemon and herbs with Chef Vivian and Michi as your guides.

Start with Spanish gambas al pil pil with shrimp, garlic and olive oil, and chicken with roasted vegetables. Next, you'll learn how to make paella with peppers, onions, mushrooms and artichokes. Finish your journey in Italy with a classic tiramisu — a combination of mascarpone cheese, ladyfingers and coffee.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Vivian & Michi were fantastic! The atmosphere was warm & inviting. Everything was prepped & waiting for our arrival. Their directions were clear and easy to follow. Our group had people of different cooking skills but we all came away having learned something new. Best of all, the food was delicious! We would definitely take another class with them.

I enjoyed the class and learned several new techniques. The chefs were pleasant and answered all my questions. If you're not aware, many of the classes through cozymeal are at the chefs home. When I first realized that I thought it would be awkward. However, it was ok and had no problems. I will definitely take additional classes.
