Get ready to learn how to prepare an authentic Japanese meal complete with handmade udon noodles!
In this hands-on cooking class with Chef Shinya, you will create a multi-course Japanese menu starring udon noodles made from scratch using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Japanese culinary techniques.
After learning the ins and outs of making the udon noodles, Chef Shinya will teach you a little bit about ingredient selection and the cooking methods that yield maximum nutrition. Then, you can look forward to learning how to make dishes like spinach ohitashi, a Japanese rolled omelet, broiled seasonal fish, and so much more!
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

With wheat flour, water and sea salt
Dipping Broth
With soy sauce, mirin, sake, water and dashi
Spinach Ohitashi
With warm dipping sauce and sesame seeds
Tamagoyaki
With eggs, brown sugar, sea salt, dashi and vegetable oil
Broiled Seasonal Fish
With soy sauce, sesame seeds and brown sugar
