In this hands-on class with Chef Mark, you will learn how to prepare a three-course surf and turf dinner menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and the French technique of sous vide cooking.

Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a flawlessly cooked one-hour sous vide steak, juicy and snappy sous vide shrimp, sous vide asparagus and carrots, and beautifully tender poached pears topped with tangy mascarpone for an indulgent and refined dessert to end the evening.

I am a lucky guy to have eaten from the hands of this Chef. He is a true collaborator and teacher. The techniques he uses are unique and you'd be very fortunate to learn from him. His dishes are elevated, delicious and very approachable. You're going to learn something new and have a great time doing it.
