He has worked all over the world to fine tune his culinary skills and teach the importance of ingredient prep. I am a lucky guy to have eaten from the hands of this Chef. He is a true collaborator and teacher. The techniques he uses are unique and you'd be very fortunate to learn from him. His dishes are elevated, delicious and very approachable. You're going to learn something new and have a great time doing it.
