With years of experience as a lauded culinary instructor for both schools and nonprofits, Chef Dave was duly inducted into the Chef's Hall of Fame in 2015. His passion for all things gastronomy also led him to earn a master’s certificate in food history from the University of Adelaide, own and operate a fine dining restaurant, as well as a restaurant consulting firm specializing in menu development and chef training.

Chef Dave is a very talented chef. His dishes were clever, bold and thoughtful. I adored the flavors of the garlic soup and everything he paired with it. He was a great teacher as well. It’s safe to say I finished every last bite of everything we prepared. Thanks for cooking and hosting!
