In this hands-on class with Chef Mark, you will learn how to prepare a four-course menu that showcases the flavor and versatility of freshly carved pumpkin while you sip a frosty glass of Chef Mark's signature Hogwarts pumpkin juice.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include pumpkin hummus, an autumnal mixed green salad featuring roasted pepitas and honeycrisp apples, creamy pumpkin cavatappi pasta with pancetta cracklings, and a warm apple blossom dessert with a homemade caramel drizzle and gelato.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
