Cooking Class - A Culinary Tour of Tuscany

What You’ll Do

Join Chef Jen on a tour of the Tuscan countryside in this hands-on cooking class.

Tuscany is famous for many culinary staples such as olive oil, wine, cheese and beans. Learn how to cook like a Tuscan with local ingredients and expert cooking techniques.

In this class, Chef Jen will teach you how to make creamy ricotta cheese with a traditional tomato-basil relish to spread on fresh bread. Follow this with Tuscan white bean soup with sausage and kale, then enjoy a perfectly seared, wine-glazed filet mignon served on a bed of creamy polenta. End on a sweet note with zabaglione, an Italian custard.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Loved my class with Chef Jen!! Everything we made was so much fun and she was a great teacher, we especially loved how she made sure all the dishes were rich and decadent but still healthy. Can't wait for our next class, thanks Chef Jen!!
