Some of the recipes and dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include Mexican elotes slathered in a homemade walnut cheese and garlic sauce, a refreshing and vibrant Argentinian-style tempeh chimichurri, mushroom tacos with an authentic Venezuelan avocado salsa, and Cuban guava and vegan cheese pastries for dessert.
