In this hands-on class with Chef Tim, you will learn how to prepare a four-course California fusion menu using fresh, local, in-season ingredients, and simple cooking techniques that yield big flavor.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to mastering and adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a creamy avocado hummus with homemade flatbread and tangy pickled vegetables, roasted beet carpaccio with labneh, lamb carnitas with Brussels sprouts fried rice, and a blackberry pan dulce bread pudding with Mexican chocolate and cinnamon ice cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Tim was a great host and served up some amazing dishes! He made me feel right at home in his kitchen and dining room area. We enjoyed music while Chef Tim demonstrated his culinary skills. He answered any questioned I had about the foods and also happily shared some of his culinary background. Every dish was so flavorful, but his blackberry bread pudding was my absolute favorite! He has convenient gated parking at the apartment building and walked me to and from my car. I would love to come back and visit Chef Tim again for another cozy meal!
