What You’ll Do

Let Chef Nadina show you how to make your Italian favorites low fat and delicious.

When you think of Italian cooking, you think of rib-sticking spaghetti and meatballs, and rich, decadent desserts. But you can make these dishes with lower fat ingredients that are just as satisfying.

You'll begin by learning how to team low fat, delicious turkey meatballs with a light tomato and herb sauce for a memorable appetizer that will fill you up, but won't leave you feeling stuffed. Then, it's onto homemade pasta that is so easy to make from scratch! To end the evening, Chef Nadina will teach you how to craft delicate, airy mini zeppoles.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
