In this hands-on class with Chef Jason, you will learn how to prepare a traditional four-course Cajun and Creole menu using high-quality ingredients, and recipes and Louisiana cooking techniques that have been passed down for generations.
Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include a chicken and andouille gumbo founded on a traditional dark roux, grilled Cajun shrimp sat atop a creamy, luscious pile of white cheddar grits, zesty and garlicky grilled asparagus, and bananas foster for dessert.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

We had a great experience with Chef Jason. The setting was very intimate and I really enjoyed the smaller class size. The food was wonderful and not only did everyone have a great time but we also learned little tips and tricks.
