Begin by mixing a salad with balsamic vinaigrette for a light starter, then sautГ© chicken in a chardonnay reduction sauce with mushrooms sided by fluffy rice pilaf and a medley of carrots and other vegetables. For dessert, Chef Rochelle will teach you how to bake a decadent strawberry shortcake topped with fresh whipped cream.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
