What You’ll Do

Join homegrown New Orleanian Chef L on an authentic culinary journey to the Big Easy.

In this hands-in class with Chef L, you will learn how to prepare a three-course seafood-centric menu using fresh, high-quality ingredients and traditional Cajun cooking techniques.

Some of the dishes you can look forward to adding to your culinary repertoire in this class include an Г©touffГ©e brimming with succulent crawfish and shrimp smothered in a rich, boldly flavored sauce begging to be sopped up by a fluffy bed of rice, a traditional low country seafood boil with an array of specialty sauces, and bananas foster bread pudding for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef L presented Louisiana comfort food that came straight from the soul. Her food, much like her personality warms you. Chef L infused modern flair into a traditional gumbo, red beans and rice, and a perfectly rich banana's foster. The flavors were complex and fresh, and I would recommend Chef L to anyone looking for a delicious and authentic Cajun cuisine experience.
