Cooking Class - Knife Skills 201: Chicken Butchering

What You’ll Do

Whet your knife skills and your appetite in this interactive culinary experience with Chef Stephanie.

In this hands-on class with Chef Stephanie, you'll learn about the various types of kitchen knives and when and how to use them as you work your way through the preparation of two winning chicken dinners.

The first dish you'll conquer as you wield your new knife skills is a chicken piccata complete with its signature briny sauce and tart pucker that's balanced by a silky smooth sauce and the fresh brightness of parsley. Then, you'll prepare a beautifully-browned roasted lemon chicken surrounded by a puddle of buttery pan juices.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Our group had the pleasure of coming together and cooking at City Cooking West End for a Tapas Get Together. The team at City Cooking exceeded our expectations and provided a wonderful experience for the evening. The class was BYOB, which allowed for flexibility and a more customized feel. Did I mention that the food was incredible? Monica sent over the recipes and everyone is thrilled to try them again. Thank you for an amazing night!
