Cooking Class - Global Fusion Dinner

What You’ll Do

Get ready to create a unique dinner menu blending flavors from a variety of cuisines.

In this hands-on class with Chef Boyd, you will learn how to prepare a three-course fusion menu that draws on flavor profiles and cooking techniques from all four corners of the globe.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to mastering in this class include an appetizer of sugar-sweet dates stuffed with creamy, tangy goat cheese and wrapped in salty, smoky bacon, a seared skirt skirt infused with a subtle sweetness and lively south-of-the-border flavors, and a nutter butter mud pie with homemade salted caramel and Chantilly cream for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
