Armed with years of culinary experience, Chef Becca is ready to share some succulent Spanish fare with you.
Paella is one of the most beloved Spanish dishes, and in this class with Chef Becca you will discover how it's all about timing and using the right ingredients and techniques to make this classic recipe full of intense aroma and enchanting flavor. Perfectly charred grilled vegetables with romesco sauce are also on the menu, followed by crema catalana with tangy lemon zest and sugar.

Chef Becca was great - took all of the intimidation out of cooking Thai food. Extra effort put in to help us learn where and how to shop for ingredients. Great conversation, very personable. I look forward to booking again!
