Cooking Class - Italian Pizza and Pasta Night

What You’ll Do

The best nights (typically) involve a carb-laden combination of homemade pizza and handmade pasta.

In this hands-on class with Chef Lorna, you will learn how to prepare an incredibly fresh four-course Italian menu with homemade pizza and handmade pasta taking center stage.

You'll begin by learning that all it takes to craft a great Margherita pizza is a handful of fresh ingredients. Then, you'll discover how easy it is to make pasta noodles from scratch. You can also look forward to building layers of flavor on a toasted baguette with ricotta and cherry tomatoes as well as baking an indulgent Nutella pizza for dessert.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
