What You’ll Do

Learn how to prepare healthy, low-fat vegetarian fare without meat substitutes or processed ingredients.

In this hands-on class with Chef Lenny, you will learn how to prepare a naturally healthy and satisfying four-course vegetarian menu that harnesses the sun-soaked beauty of a bright day.

After beginning with a punchy lentil salad, Chef Lenny will share with you the secret to brewing a perfectly cooked pot of risotto. Then, you'll learn how to make a coconut peanut sauce with abilities to dress up any vegetable to be the belle of the ball. Lastly, you'll end on a sweet note with a homemade peach crumble.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Lenny created a four-course vegan meal for two of us that was absolutely amazingly delicious! For each course Chef shared necessary prep work required, explained what he was doing throughout, and answered questions to complete satisfaction. We opted to have Lenny cook for us as opposed to being involved, as we were hungry! Process was quicker that way! :-)

The food was excellent! We really enjoyed our evening. We would have preferred more hands-on and a more instructional format, but Chef Lenny was really good about answering all our questions and even provided some advice on preparing a dish we were serving the next evening.
