In this hands-on class with Chef Kristin, you will learn how to prepare a four-course vegetarian menu featuring Middle Eastern flavors, ingredients, and cooking techniques that translate across all cuisines.

Some of the recipes you can look forward to adding to your repertoire include a fresh salad with a juicy dressing that celebrates Middle Eastern flavors like none other, a golden brown and pudding soft-roasted eggplant dish studded with bright pomegranate arils that add tang and texture, and a beautifully rustic, unpretentious, yet stunning fig and almond cake.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Kristin is great - very knowledgeable and a great person. She'll make you feel right at home. She offers a ton of useful pointers and has a fully loaded kitchen - I'd highly recommend. I'm still using her egg cracking tip with my day to day breakfast routine - Thanks Kristin!

Our family came to make Mediterranean dishes for our Father's Day activity. We had a blast! We made a full dinner, including salad, entree and dessert. She gave lots of cooking tips and everyone participated. We not only learned the recipes, but other chef's tips, such as chopping and mixing techniques. It was enlightening for both the experienced cooks and the novices. And our dinner was delicious! Highly recommend.

My 16-year-old son and I had a great time cooking with Chef Kristin. Neither of us had made fresh pasta, and it was so fun to learn this together. Chef was very organized, had thought through how to make the most of our learning experience, made sauces ahead of time so we could focus on pasta making, portioned out for both salad and dessert, so while we put it all together, we didn't have to manage every step. My son learned knife skills tonight, and had a great time cooking a full meal. Chef's home is well equipped for the experience, and we found it very nice to be "homey" instead of in a different venue. Highly recommend this class!!

I was an average cook before I met Kristin, always making the same 3 or 4 dishes for years. Kristin teaches with encouraging easy to understand methods. She has inspired me to go outside my comfort zone and try new recipes and techniques. I feel more confident about experimenting and have been very happy with the results. She is professional, yet warm and supportive of novice cooks. Best of all, Chef Kristin's food is always delicious!

Kristin is not only a great cook, but she's an engaging teacher and just a fun person to be around. I didn't think I was going to like cooking class when my wife dragged me to it, but I really learned some practical skills and had fun doing it. I recommend her highly

We have worked with Chef Kristin for several catered events (sit down dinners to 50+ people parties) and for private cooking classes. She always has fantastic and fresh meal ideas and her cooking classes are very informative. We learned a lot about meat, which is what we wanted! Chef Kristin is also kind, patient, and knowledgeable and, she leaves the kitchen cleaner than she found it. I love working with her!!
