Learn how to cut sashimi-thin slices of high-quality yellowtail fish, and discover how to impeccably flavor it with pickled rhubarb. Next, utilize both wet and dry heat to cook pork belly to tender perfection. The star of your meal is a seasonal fish with artichokes Г  la barigoule, followed by a zesty citrus tart for dessert.

From Chef Josh's mouth-watering braised pork belly, to his salt baked whole branzino, delectable ricotta gnocchi, and exceptional rhubarb cobbler, all were absolutely amazing! The visual details were beyond measure, the flavor, and use of various spices were simply divine.
