Get ready to experience brunch like never before in this hands-on class with Chef Rosemary.
In the hands-on class with Chef Rosemary, you will learn how to prepare an unbelievably flavorful and impressive gourmet brunch spread filled with flavors and ingredients both familiar and foreign.
First things first, Chef Rosemary will share a few tips and tricks to curate the ultimate build-your-own bloody Mary and mimosa bar. Some of the other recipes you can look forward to mastering include a smoked salmon tartine, both French and Thai-style crГЄpes, and a make-ahead showstopper of a coffee cake featuring a gorgeous caramel topping and fresh berries.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Rosemary was delightful! The food was excellent and her calm, clear instruction made it easy to follow along for any skill level. It was a fun and relaxing experience. The stories about her time being trained in France are worth asking about! Can't wait to make some of these dishes again at home :)
