In this hands-on class with Chef Kene, you will learn culinary skills and cooking techniques that have the ability to transform the simplest of ingredients into stunning French dishes.
Chef Kene will begin by teaching you how to create a deliciously cohesive flavor profile in a warm green asparagus soup that is both fresh and savory. You will also learn a French method of cooking fish — en papillote — where the fish and vegetables are wrapped up together and then baked in their own juices until everything is succulent and tender.
Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

What an amazing experience cooking with Chef Kene. Chef Kene was so nice and really walked us through each step while cooking. All the food that we made tasted so fresh and I can’t wait to make these dishes for my friends and family and impress them. I learned so much in this class and would definitely recommend Chef Kene to anyone who is looking to have a great time and cook up some delicious food!

The chef's most notable experience is the most recent — working as Chef de Partie for a prestigious restaurant in wine country, though Chef Kene is also a master in the catering and pastry world.
