In this hands-on, dessert-oriented cooking class, you'll learn how to incorporate lavender flowers into three plant-based desserts. Breathe in the aromatic scents as you cook with Chef Adina and learn vegan baking techniques.
Begin by whipping up a batch of Earl Grey tea-flavored cupcakes topped with vegan lavender-vanilla frosting. Then, learn how to bake a vegan lemon cake infused with lavender sugar and glazed with more lemon and lavender. For the final dessert, prepare almond tartlets filled with a sweet and earthy matcha-lavender filling.
Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.
