Honestly, one of the best meals my fiance and myself have ever eaten- let alone made with our own hands. Chefs Cindy and David were knowledgeable in the kitchen, and did a great job of accommodating our cooking skills to ensure that we both learned something new. This evening exceeded all expectations we had for it and we couldn't have asked for better hosts/chefs than Cindy and David. Thank you so much for the wonderful memories and making our evening special.

This hands down has to be one of the best dates I've ever had. I surprised my gf with this cooking class for our anniversary and we had a phenomenal time. Both Chef Cindy and Chef David were very welcoming and knowledgeable. Everything we made from the homemade pasta, to the veal & polenta was so good all we can do is lament on how delicious it was. The other two couples were friendly and honestly I think the groups help make the experience that much more enjoyable. Special thanks again to Chef Cindy for bringing out this special wine in celebration of our anniversary. Not only was the food great, but also the two chefs including all the wonderful conversation around the table. Thank you again, we'll back because this is all she keeps talking about!

My husband, adult son and I had a lovely â€œquintessential Italianâ€ evening with Chefs Cindy and David. They were very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Most importantly, dinner was bountiful and delicious.

First off ..WOW what an amazing experience!!! We were not sure exactly what to expect, but to say Cindy and David exceeded our expectations frankly would be selling them short. They are amazing, patient teachers, and we learned a lot. My girlfriend being much more experienced in cooking than I even commented at how much she learned . After sipping wine and learning the ins and outs of what we were going to be undertaking , we dove right in and the meal turned out incredible. Frankly, the only disappointment I could say is that I have to go back home to cook myself and I know it wonâ€™t taste nearly as good! This was money well spent and we cannot wait to do this again!

Cooking with and learning from Cindy and David was an AMAZING experience! On top of being first-class cooks, they are super hosts who are a lot of fun to be with! The pizza class had us make four fantastic pies, all while chatting like we were with two old friends. Couldnâ€™t recommend this highly enough - weâ€™ll definitely be back for another class!

We really enjoyed the seasonal soups class. We made three wonderful soups; chicken and wild rice, minestrone and butternut squash with sage as well as an apple tart. We had a comfortable, entertaining, interactive, and informative evening with an interesting Chef couple. I got some helpful cooking tips related to a variety of dishes, not just the ones we made.

David and Cindy were awesome hosts and gracious in welcoming us into their home. They had plenty of cooking technique tips-and-tricks to add to my culinary repertoire! The paella turned out fantastic, the home made caesar dressing for the Kale salad was the best I've ever had, and the espresso truffles were delicious. I highly recommend paying them a visit for a class!

My wife and I enjoyed the Pizza class with Chef Cindy and David. It's nice to actually get involved making the different menu items, not just watch and read a recipe. They were fun, hospitable and knowledgeable. We would like to schedule another class with them in the future, either as a couple, or with a group of friends.

Chef David & Chef Cindy weâ€™re amazing!! Not only did they teach us how to make amazing Seasonal Appetizers, they taught us helpful techniques that I can use forever! They both were very hospitable and showed us a great time!! Such a wonderful experience! I canâ€™t wait to make these appetizers for the holidays! I highly recommend David & Cindy! Itâ€™s an experience of a lifetime! Iâ€™ll be back for sure!

As part of my sister's bachelorette party, I signed us up for a cooking class with Chef Cindy and David. It was such a great experience and really interactive. Chef Cindy and David were so informative and welcoming. The recipes were unique and we enjoyed our delicious meal in their beautiful backyard. All the girls had a great time and I would love to do it again in the future!

Kris and I really enjoyed the hands on class. Chef Cindy and David were very thorough with instructions and helping us do most of the cooking. We enjoyed the pot sticker, hash with poached egg and of course the short ribs. We were so full we took the cookies home and enjoyed so much Kris made a batch on Monday evening. She has prepared the short ribs for a dinner this Friday night and we hope our frinds enjoy them as much as we did. This was a wonderful experience and recommend this class to anyone who loves short ribs.

Wow, taking a class with Chef Cindy and David was a lot of fun! I arrived at their beautiful home and received a warm welcome. I liked the way the kitchen was set up, it was very easy to see everything that was being done and we were all able to fit comfortably around the space. I thoroughly enjoyed all of the food that we prepared that evening but the apple tart was by far my favorite, but who doesn't like an awesome dessert? They have a beautiful backyard where we sat to enjoy all of the food and new friendships once we were done cooking. I would definitely attend another class with these two great chefs!
