Chef Vincent is a classically trained French chef, who has worked in fine dining restaurants in France, Australia, and Ireland. His experience and passion for food and teaching led him to open what is now an acclaimed macaron patisserie in Los Angeles. Chef Vincent's vanilla soufflГ© was perfect! He possesses incredible skill and technique and it was very cool to see how that was made. All of his desserts were truly exquisite!

I came into this class having failed at making macarons twice in the past. Excellent class! I learned all the tricks about how to make macarons and all the mistakes to avoid. Thank you for this class, Chef Vincent. I really enjoyed the small class instructions. I can finally make macarons!
