Cooking Class - Legendary Chicken and Waffles

Chef Mike and his wife were very easy going and detail -oriented with the instructions for making the legendary chicken & Waffle meal ! I could really tell that they were passionate and knowledgeable about preparing a tasteful dish but a dish that’s also appealing to the eye. Their class was amazing !!!! I will be booking them again in the near future ! My advice to anyone reading this message book Chef Mike and his wife you will not regret it.

A coworker expressed his pleasure with Chef Mike and the Chicken and Waffle dish. I read over the reviews and decided to hire him myself as a surprise for my wife. Let me tell you... Chef Mike definitely earned me some points! My wife was surprised and we both enjoyed every moment! Chef Mike and his wife took their time with us and answered our many questions... even going in to great detail! He showed up early and left late... The description of the food is great, but it doesn't give the food the justice it deserves! They made everything so simple to understand and even gave us hand written instructions on how to do it ourselves. I told him a million times I will be having them back and I meant every word of it! Chef Mike, you and your wife were great... and my wife and I cant wait to have you back.

Thank you Chef Mike and your wife Mrs. Sheree, so much for coming into my home and providing me with such an amazing experience. Anyone who knows me you knows I love to eat, and chicken and waffles are one of my favorite things to eat. Not only are you kind and funny but you are a culinary wizard! Thank you for taking the time to teach me some simple techniques that will help me along the way. From the vegetable soup to the chicken and waffles, every course was tasty and well prepared. Thank you for being patient with me and teaching me some new cooking techniques paired with great food. This will definitely be a birthday experience to remember.

Chef Mike was amazing. My wife and I had the best cooking experience while celebrating our anniversary. My wife doesn’t cook at all, but by the end of the session she was confident with stepping into the kitchen and trying anything!!! By the way, the food was amazing. Chef Mike was able to adjust the meal to suit or dietary restrictions. Don’t sleep in. He’d Mike! The Best!!! Thank you!!!

1st experience with cozy meal...decided to book with Chef Mike and chose the Chicken and waffles dinner..amazing..every course was tasty and most excellently prepared, very enjoyable experience. This was the first type of chef at home experience I’ve ever had. Chef Mike and his wife were absolutely fantastic ! To start they text us to let us know that they were going to be to the house and promptly at 3:00 as they said the doorbell rang. From the beginning Chef Mike was professional and comfortable with setting up in the kitchen. He and his wife were both knowlegeable in cooking and you could tell they love what they do. They talked like we were friends and shared themselves with ease. What a grand experience. From beginning to end it was super. They cooked and presented the meal and cleaned up so at the end of the time they were done and ready to leave within the 2 hr and 1/2 time . There isn’t anything negative that I could say about either of these fine people. I would love to book them again for another special occasion. What lovely people and awesome chefs. This is a great concept. If you are looking for good traditional southern cookin’ then Chef Mike and his wife are your people. Thanks .
