Discover the basics of the paleo way of life as you cook up a meal that will make your mouth water. From bacon-wrapped sweet potato bites to a paleo-friendly candy bar, you will go home with valuable culinary skills to make paleo a regular part of your cooking and eating habits.

Chef Karen has been cooking since elementary school, starting out by participating in county fair 4-H competitions. After 15 years of working as a social worker and raising a family, she decided it was time to get serious about her passion for cooking and attended the Seattle Culinary Academy to begin her new career. Formerly a sous chef, Chef Karen now enjoys teaching cooking classes, and catering and hosting events at her family farm.

We had a wonderful evening with Karen and really enjoyed the event. She was very thoughtful and taught us some tips and tricks to use in the kitchen, and the food was delicious!
