This was a wonderful cooking class, I learned a lot about the various spices, and herbs used in the preparation. The Polenta with mushrooms and tofu meatballs was hearty, and full of flavor. The duck ramen was heartwarming full of rich flavors. Chef Catherine's creme puffs were delicious, learning to make them myself was the highlight of the evening.

Chef Catherine gave my wife and I an amazing ramen cooking experience. She was very professional and helped us make a wonderful dinner. Beyond outstanding food, we had a great time cooking through the whole experience.
