In this hands-on class with Chef Kayla, you will learn everything you need to know to prepare an impressive four-course, pasta-centric menu completely from scratch.

After beginning with an incredibly fresh caprese salad, Chef Kayla will teach you how to make mini arancini di riso. There is a lot to love about arancini — breaking through a thin, crispy coating to reveal ultra-rich and creamy rice and a pocket of gooey cheese. The star of the show is handmade pasta pockets, also known as ravioli, stuffed with grilled chicken and fresh spinach. End the class with sweet and crunchy cannolis.

Guests are welcome to provide wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Phenomenal host and chef. My wife and I learned a few things but most of all, we enjoyed our time together learning to prepare a healthy vegan meal. I would highly recommend her and will book her service again in the near future.

We had a great time food was better than restaurants. Host couldn't have been nicer and she was very professional. Your missing out if you don't go to one of her classes.
