In this hands-on class, Chef Kristin will teach you everything you need to know to prepare a beautiful brunch at home so you can skip the crowds and the wait and get right down to what’s important — the food!

You will learn how to prepare a healthy and satisfying four-course brunch that is also surreptitiously vegetarian and gluten free. After cooking up an appetite, you’ll sit down and enjoy your creation. Then, you will leave with the confidence to replicate these dishes at home for your friends and family.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

Chef Kristin also enjoys teaching private cooking classes that include gluten-free dishes to plant-based recipes.

My wife and I had a delightful afternoon and evening preparing an entire meal with Chef Kristin. We learned so much about gluten free flours and new, more efficient ways to cut up vegetables. Everything was so good, especially the dessert of sabayon over poached pears. Kristin's enthusiasm and energy was catching! We are definitely looking forward to more classes with Chef Kristin.
