While Southern comfort cuisine is rich in tradition, it's also rich in calories. In this hands-on class, Chef Staci proves that you don't have to abandon your healthy eating habits when you're craving some Southern comfort.

You will learn how to build a traditional four-course Southern comfort feast with a healthy twist. You will begin by perfecting classic deviled eggs and then learning two new ways to make them. You can also look forward to making braised mixed greens you will actually crave, and sweet potatoes with brown sugar and pecans.

Guests are welcome to bring wine and beer to enjoy during the class.

There's something comforting about watching Chef Staci in the kitchen. She loves to cook and she gets a genuine thrill from seeing people enjoy her food. She traveled the world in the military and picked up cooking techniques from all over. Both Chef and her cooking have a down home comfort that will leave you with a smile.

If you're looking for healthier meals with less addictives while using better ingredients, Staci is your girl. She was very knowledgeable and explained the chemistry breakdown of the food I was putting in my system. I am a lover of salt and was pleasantly surprised that the flavor was fantastic without it. She was such a sweetheart!!!! I would definitely recommend and use her services again.

Staci is a master at crafting dishes with flavor and presentation. Her dishes are delectable and a delight to your taste buds!
