Chef Michael

Chef Michael was wonderful and we had an amazing experience for my girlfriend's birthday. We did the Foundations of Thai cooking class. Before the class, I reached out to Chef Michael to see if we could change some of the menu and he was happy to change some of the options. We ultimately made fresh spring rolls, chicken satay with peanut sauce, and pad thai. The entire process took around 2 hours of cooking (Chef Michael arrived around 45 minutes to set up). Everything was delicious and we had a lot of fun making everything. Chef Michael was helpful in showing us different cooking techniques and in answering all of our questions. We had plenty of leftovers, and he gave us printed out recipes with instructions to make the meals again in the future. Awesome experience and would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for a special experience for a birthday, anniversary, date, etc.

Chef Michael walked 6 of us through fettuccine pasta from scratch, which none of us had done before. The atmosphere was relaxed. The food was great. We definitely recommend this and will do it again.
