What an amazing experience! I walked into my neighbor’s home in response to an invitation for dinner with a small group of their friends and family, unaware that I would participate in the preparation of the meal. There was Charlie, brother of my neighbor, with stations ready for each of us as assigned by him in groups of three. He had a master plan for an incredible Coq au vin and it was such a joy to get to know all these strangers by working together as a team, each group contributing to the overall outcome. Charlie made it so easy and fun, with clear steps on what we had to do, even presenting our part in the meal to the rest of those seated and waiting. I loved the experience and can’t recommend Charlie high enough. He is so pleasant, calm, organized, enjoyable, and a master chef; a master at meal planning and a master at an in-home culinary experience that brings people together.

I have been fortunate enough to dine at some of the finest restaurants throughout Europe and Mexico City, and I can say without hesitation that Chef Charles' culinary artistry belongs in that conversation. His presentations are stunning—elegant and refined without ever feeling overworked or pretentious. Every plate is thoughtfully composed, with vibrant colors, impeccable technique, and flavors that rival those found in Michelin-starred restaurants. What amazes me most is that Chef is not already internationally recognized. His talent is extraordinary, and his ability to create unforgettable dining experiences deserves a much larger audience.
