The plan for the class when my husband and I took it this past Sunday was carne asada tacos with homemade tortillas and pico - explanations were thorough but still easy to follow. It made me change my mind about having fresh pico in the fridge because it was so tasty!

This was a fun experience! Chef Lucas is very knowledgeable. I think the event would've been better in a larger space since it felt pretty cramped and then there were issues with the outlets and power.

We cooked handmade tortillas and homemade salsa! We had lots of fun! The class was small which was nice. Lucas, our Chef was giving us great feedback on things we did well or needed help with.
